^ ^ ^ Good luck with your project. Whatever you do...don't forget to upgrade your brakes FIRST!

You need a MINIMUM of Mitsu 2-pot front calipers & "matched" Master cylinder...(Evo 4 / Galant VR4, etc.)
(OEM single-pot calipers were NOT enough in my 4wd 1800 GSR.)
Also, add rear disk brakes from 4wd GSR if possible.

And remember to buy ALL the parts req'd...

Intercooler / ECU & Harness /
Buy new fuel-pump (255 lpm)...
Re-core radiator (triple core)...or buy good Evo radiator...
Flush block before use...
CHANGE Timing-belt & Auxilliary belts in 4G93 before installation...

Maybe this link might help... Link--> How To "Evolutionize" your Lancer!

You really want to go through all that pressure??? I glad to see people wanna do conversions in cars and thing eh but its alot of time and money. I did this numerous times becuase i love to dig up in cars! If you dont want all this headache all you have to do is sell your car original and buy a car with the engine you want! But if u are going to do the conversion I wish you all the luck and from what i see Sanctifier, is the realll man to ask any questions! Sanctifier, you is a boss doh for writing up them tutorials!

Thanks for the compliments...but I'm no expert. All the info is on the internet.
Glad to hear that a few of my posts were of some use.

buy a car with the engine you want!... Yup...or better yet, just buy an older Evo and refurbish it over time, when you can afford it. That way you save $$$$ later on, by not having to upgrade to... sharper steering... Brembo brakes... better suspension... 4wd... 4G63 turbo engine... Recaro seats etc. etc.

A set of used, local Brembos & rotors in good condition can "break the bank"...at least mine. Rolling Eyes
These days, I buy most mechanical parts (and tools & equipment) off eBay. MUCH cheaper that way!
