When you lock all over to the Right or left and you belt sueaks what does that mean.

could just be dry. spray belt dressing and see if that helps

Belt may need changing, fluid could be low, belt could need tensioning or the little filter at the base of your fuel tank could be clogged from using dirty fluid.

yup..
one or all of the above.
try some belt conditioner spray first, if this does not help, change belt and retension
