under warranty?
u should look at a turbo seal kit....should be available at N&M..........get a mechanic to look at it first.........it will be better to fix/replace the seal now than to fix/replace the turbo later........ |

I doh think is the Turbo leaking there.....a guy from massy told me the intake capacity is to small for the Frontier (a defect), and on high speed the engine starves for air and the unburn fuel causes the oil to back pressure out of the engine at its weakest point.....the intake manifold by the turbo
NOT sure if this make sense....I seeing some oil on mine too
I planning to make a bigger intake |

well i haven't seen the oil leaking out of the turbo, but there is oil under it,
it doesn't seem to be much loss of oil, because the dip stick shows the same level |

Dj_Bee, well right... once you not seeing a drop in oil level means that it's not leaking oil...
as Ronnie203 said, it's normal for these Frontiers to have that problem... I've seen a couple already with this same problem, mines included. The turbo isn't leaking oil or needs servicing or whatever, it's a backpressure problem. |

so i went by turbo club a while ago, he said that the turbo can't be the problem because the engine hasn't done any running yet....
He then said that the only problem there could be id that the oil is so bad that while it trying to lubricate the turbo, it's forcing itself out of the turbo....
So im gonna change the oil and check him back....cuz if it's bad, he charging 2500 to overhaul it |

so it was back pressure,
my father's friend had that same problem,
there is a line running from the engine going to the line on the air intake(to recycle the fumes)....when the engine builds too much pressure the excess oil comes from that line and forces itself out by the turbo,
what he did is disconnect that line and duct it out to under the van so no fumes will be going to the turbo, and cork the hole on the air intake line....
If any on you ever done this, i want to know whats the advantage and dis advantage and if it's a wise thing to do |
