Are the nokia 6230 and 6230i screens interchangeable?

yea everytin line up..wen i put on d fone, it had a screen similar to when yuh tv breakdown..raster i tink its called...but with a few colours...d guy told me d screen was working.

amm, i didn't buy any screen yet..a padna gimme his frm d non workin fone...how much is a new screen? d problem with my current screen is dat it's fading at d edges. and, devon this forum is for "tech stuff"

6230i is a improved phone over the original.......better screen is one new feature so i guess you cant switch between the two..........

but then i just swapped a colour screen from a 1600 into a 1100 and it came on looks sweet.....but the green an black screen looks garbled on the 1600
