free flows do enhance the performance of the car but Im not so sure bout the fuel efficiency

A free flow exhaust does burn more gas compared to the stock restricted one, but you have to take into account how you drive.
When you cross/drive above 3000rpm it burns more fuel. <--tested on two b14's where each had CAI and headers, where the only difference with the two being a free flow set up.
Oh...by the way...a free flow exhaust is really noisy lol
