my wipers hsve recently begun to stop at different places on the wind screen when they are engaged. this usually happens when it is at the lowest speed. could this be the switch or the motor?

is the problem due to frictional resistance of the blades on the glass when it's barely wet, or is this just random stopping?

if is blade resistance causing it:
1. change your blades
2. have the motor serviced cuz it supposed to have enough juice to push the blades regardless

if it's random stopping, have an electrician see if it's the motor or switch

I think it's electrical because when I flick the switch, it starts moving again.
