i need the car to be 2400lbs to compete in most of the classes.!!
i still have to cage the car , so i should be right arounf 2350lbs with cage.
The weight that need to be made up , i will mount weight blocks on teh traction bars. Helps keep the tires planted. |

Yesterday a friend of mine gave me a set of MT drag radials 235-60-15s.. They are a bit beat but will be good enough for a few street runs.

headgasket went . and the block had some scaring. So i had it decked.. And the machineshop decked it unevenly and it was pushing water. 2 cylinders would fill with antifreez.
So this is my "back-up" block.
About rollign the fenders. I'd rather just raise the suspension. If i roll the finder it will clear teh fender. But if you look in the pic you can see the "grey" headlight tab rightt over the front the tire. That $hit is sharpppppp. and only about an inch from the tire.. I 'm scared that it will cut the tire and have a blow-out @130+mph! |

well went to the track today. Turned the boost up a bit (20psi in every gear).. and went 10.64@137mph..
The track Tech gave me the boot and told me to keep it under 11.50 and 135mph!!
My next pass was 11.9@85mph .. letting off at the 1/8th mile and on the brakes.. |
