well i finally got a new d\cam few wks ago so check this out
built this afternoon for a tuner - its going in a civic like d 2002 shape
i was actually standing on top of a stool to take this view of d cut pieces ...
dont have time to stop & take pic of each piece so here r some side view shots
now fully assembled - edges are sanded & routered ...
sub goes in
Finished it late yesterday so i took d final pics today
yep i counter sunk d sub below d surface - now i'm pleased with how it looks ...
btw : d box is tuned to 33hz ....
....will leave d review for d owner himself to post whenever he gets online .....

Ive seen this on a lot of other builders boxes and I see rovin doing it how I know it supposed to be done..
EQUAL SPACEING BETWEEN SKREWS, no we have no benefits to gain sound wise but it looks much better than having 1000000 skrews all over looking poohar poohar.. And a simple thing like silver skrews on the sub and black on the box makes it stand out.. Great wrk rovin.. |

Well most of the time, good installers know to use t-nuts and machine screws to secure the sub properly, hence the silver
great work |

nah its 3\4" mdf but chiney have d other thing right : regular powersaw & spirit level as d str8 edge & clamps ...have a table saw but i need to make a big table 1 day to set that up permanently
yep i do take d time to space my screws equally - even a simple thing like that i like it done uniformly
jes come by my pc to burn a cd for final test b4 i carpet so im going to complete it now .... |

any spreader u can use to apply contact cement
boy long b4 i had internet & saw it online i figured my way around on how to carpet - takes alot of time, accuracy & patience ...at least 1.5hrs to get it like that
www.bcae1.com has a section on how to do it (no. 111) - practice\patience makes perfect ...... |
