Is the CVT transmission reliable? what sort of life span does it have?
I am looking at purchacing a civic but a bit concern about the CVT transmission.

About 3 years Seriously though, a well maintained/serviced CVT tranny can be quite reliable. We have a Civic,granted it's a 2000 model, but there have been no problems and we've put 80000Km's on it.
