wat no amps yuh talkin bout???if yuh not considerin amps den i doubt.....i know it have some people dat go up for sq without a subwoofer....i dont really know the reason why yuh will go up for compe without a sub...the only possible explanation for this is probably because the bass might drown out ure mids which will make it harder for judges tuh observe ure clean midrange...i not too sure...u should ask sr or nigel...dem is d sq men

^^^^^^^^^dat is probably because you were able to prove dat you could have gotten fairly high sq from ure components without the use of processors or an amp which would have enhanced its performance...good going though...i hadda commend u on dat

ok ok ... I won't tell them about the other thing then.

But here's another question. Can the 701 be used to make adjustments to the speaker level output of the 310?

It all has to do with the sensitivity of the speaker...

Orion hcca subs were well known to have high sensitivity ratings...

i would like to see u cross 120db with a Juggernauth or Atomic woofer...lol

If the HCCA is modified won't it most likely loose the sensitivity it once orginally had .

Very good Score none the less.
