Well I was heading down the highway today doing about 120 -140 no setta speed and thing, when all of a sudden I felt my steering vibrating/jerking as if I have a flat. I pulled on the shoulder, inspected my front tyre jacked up my car and spun the tyre to see if it was bearing, tyre spun freely. called some padners and was told that the brake was binding, now what might cause this issue?

Caliper might not be sliding freely on the pins due to rust , accumulation of dust or warped. How old is this vehicle?

u didn't say if u were on the brakes when this happened

just vibration just so? pull? deceleration? did u check to see if any weights were missing from your rims?

check if axle nuts, ball joints, rack ends and tie rods are all secured and all split pins/locknuts are present and accounted for (yeah I've heard of these things running loose on ppl while on the road)...just to make sure it isn't anything else

check for looseness in any of your suspension components and make sure all the weights on the rims are intact

do u also hear/feel a knocking in the flooring of the car (below or just infront of your feet) when u accelerate/decelerate from/to a dead stop? if so, cradle bushings

weights intack, no knocking, but the rim got heated up. so I thinking its brakes related.

Took off the rims to inspect my brakes this morning, found out that the left front brake pad is on the rotor. Anyone know how I can rectify this? going to check some mechanics. Also I did a master cylinder test but when I start the car the brakes pedal does not go down to the flow, so Im wondering if the master cylinder is clogged.

check the hose from the intake to the booster
if it has a leak it will cause this when the vaccuum builds. if you replaced this line before there is a one way valve in there so dont just use regular hose

Thanks for the help guys, neoise you were correct!
Got it sorted out, the calipers needed servicing,
(bought a caliper kit, brakes fluid and sand paper 1200 grit)
brakes were bled and working fine now.
