doors take up to 7.1"
sail post tweeters, if so equipped, take up to 1" tweet.
Slim mounted subs fit behind rear seat, but prevents then from folding up properly afterwards.
Thats it for a stock system.
Ive got a pair of Jl 10w6 in mine. pm me for more info. |

i only have the factory speakers in the doors, a flat pioneer 12" and a soundstream 480.4 and it sounds good. The seat folds only halfway up now.
pm if you want to hear how it sounds.
and the cost is just $2000
however i heard that the elemental designs 8" that Exonic on the forum has does work too. |

stock door is 6.5", both front and back, but the front has some kind of riser in it (plastic) with the speaker rivited on to it. i guess if you take that out you can fit a bigger one (never tried it though)
back is stock 6.5 nor rivets or risers, no bigger can fit stock |

if you not going to power them off an amp, then look for something with a high sensitivity. i'd suggest going with either jbl, polk audio, soundstream or the pioneer's (check rovin post for the model number) as the co-axials and you could also get a good pair of comps in the same brands mentioned above. bear in mind that this is just a suggestion of more cost effective brands. you can always check exonic or raptor for the alpines.
btw, is that the stock deck (clarion) from the vigo that you talking about? cause PERSONALLY, i'd upgrade that first since i find the performance is not all that. (MY OPINION) |

Can anyone help?
Installing a deck, does anyone know the wiring for the deck?
This is what I think:
Speakers:
RR- White -, Red+
RL - Yellow-, Black+
FL - Blue-, Pale Green+
FR - Purple-, Pink+
Battery:
Blue w/ yellow stripe - accesory terminal
Silver - live terminal
Brown - ground
Or if anyone can point me in the direction for the wiring diagram for:
clarion dxz655mp, It will be great assistance as well! |
