it depends...
for toyotas, the hardest part is finding the most crucial part necessary for drifting...an LSD diff.
for nissans, its the best supplied automake in T&T, getting a cheapo s13 and upgrading piece by piece is your best bet on a budget.
for mitsubishis, parts are getting harder and harder for the oldies, unless ur looking at bastardizing the chassis. you may get a GSR or galant 2000 diff, but at what cost? And then there's powerplants, in this day and age, its either Sirus turbo or SR.
honda...EH??? u joking rite Razz

KE70 shares the same drivetrain and suspension with both the charmant and the infamous AE86. Spring upgrades, shocks, etc...
Its a proper platform to start with but i'll tell u the trouble u'll run into:
1) Finding 1 that is fairly straight and without body filler. There are some but look around b4 putting your cash down.
2) As i said, the LSD diff. you can prolly tief 1 from a GSR lancer or a GSL SE 1st gen RX7 and re-weld the mounting points
3) if ur sticking with a toyota engine (plz do Razz ) ur gonna need a lil more power than the stock 3A can provide. plus don't forget the gearbox.

that's the 3 basic problems u'll encounter

Thank for the info again!
From what u said, the S13 is the best buy , but can u give me a price range at which s13's are selling for?
