WTK: When to change transmission fluid ES8 civic

yeah tuners just purchased a ES8 and it is doing 125K, the previous owner said she just did the 100k service, belts etc. when and how often should i change tranny fluid and at present how do i know if it even needs changing?

There should be a tranny dip stick just to the right or left of the block. Also did the previous owner indicate if it was changed at 100K?. If it was then you should change at 30K intervals.
