From listening carefully to the LM Service Manager himself - YES.

Word of advice - If your 3 year / 100000KM warranty is important to you, make sure you call the service dept. first before you muck around, especially electrical and suspension.

and the K&N drop in filter avg. $$450-$495 (Chk MiniCity Valpark Plaza). ironically, I couldn't find a K&N listed for the 1.6L only the 2.0L.

isn't the P/N for filter for the 2.0 SGV and the 2.7 SGV the same... maybe in this case it's similar... i.e. the filter for 2.0 will work for the 1.6

You can call M&N (check directory) located by the bamboo. Parts are readily available and good prices as well Cool

isn't the SX4 all wheel drive as well?
of am i wrong?

If it is, then obviously you have to expect more power loss from the drivetrain, which means u gonna burn more gas if you try to maintain the same speeds and acceleration as you would with a FWD car.

It's one shortcoming of the SX4....most reviews will state that fuel economy on the SX4 is poor compared to it's rivals....just have to adjust ur driving style.

The SX4 only coming FWD down here. In terms of reliability, it has been out for 2-3 years now any problematic parts or components, anything?

SX4 fuel economy is poor when compared to other 1.6's in class
I honestly don't find it to be as powerful as was stated here
Inside has space, truck space is where the limit is
No 4wd units here in the SX line

It does well for the purpose it was intended on though

once your car under warranty you should go to LM for servicing....its not too expensive for peace of mind bro...I mean you spending $140k on a car and trying to be save a $1200 on a service?

Bro go do the service at LM after your warranty up then you may look elsewhere cause if anything goes wrong and you did not do the services at Lm then guess what ---warranty out the door!!!!

Did my 15k recently - great service as usual -

the sx4 may be available in AWD very soon..... the car is great but a litlle too small in the trunk

advantage - easy to wash and keep clean Laughing
