| hey i have a 960.4 soundstream amp and i want to know was the loudest cleanest mids setup to run on it. should i go two 10" or four 8" also wat about drivers and/or bullets.. |

| if you have no other mids amps then i suggest 2ten inch deltas on half and a pair of 220ti drivers on the other half of the amp. |

| ^^i wuld of done that too but it looks like he don wanna put a nex amp i tink thats why i suggest that.but if you hav the power to put out get a lil amp 2ch a small rockford or mtx or somtin for a pair of drivers and use 4 8's on the 960.4 |

| alright dred. here's my advice. i run 4 of these amps in my truck. forget about da 8's go with da 10's. that amp does 480 x 2 @ 4 ohms bridged. get 4 10 inch b & c or rcf or ev if you can afford. make sure they are 8 ohm models. run them parrallel 2 on channel 1&2 and 2 on channel 3&4. you will get solid mid bass and if depending on da frequency response like the ev's it will go up to 6k hz. you will get a strong mid range. its an option that's expensive, but you asked for da best. and in case your wondering if da amps will clip because your bridging it. da answer is no. i am running 16 ev's on 4 of dese amps in a chevy tahoe everyday here in ny. word of advise you gonna need alot of bass to keep up. hope dis helps you dred. |
