I used to run 34psi up front and 32psi rear...was a lil stiff but handled well enough for me
u could start there and come down if there's too much road feel from the tyres |

the ideal tyre pressure according to the manufacturer is normally stated on the tyre wall
use that as your starting point and work up/down accordingly |

nice link.. what i do is start at 32psi front, 30psi rear and then closely monitor the tyres for abnormal wear patterns, as seen in the posted link, then adjust the pressure to suite.. |

Hook,
from that link.
"A reduction in pressure on the rear axle with tend to increase the chances of oversteer."
normally we raise the tire pressures to increase oversteer. |

| AFAIK FWD vehicles with lower pressures at the rear do oversteer a bit due to the increased rolling resistance from the softer tyres at the back...the front wheels essentially pull the vehicle in a tighter circle as the rear wheels are more "planted" |

we can't tell you because your preferences, driving habits, and even route would not be ours.
which is why

which driving habits would require higher/lower pressure? |

i enjoy spirited driving and have a lot of rubber between rim and road.
At 32psi, I can enjoy a spirited run from princes town to mayaro,, i feel every single ridge, and know exactly where my tires are placed, and expect suitable traction.
another driver of the car cruises mainly, finds 32psi is too high, and prefers to roll, or stop when rough patches are encountered. they drive the same car at 28psi, and are happy with that.
DJ Q,
does that shed some light on the subject? |
