so i was watching one of jeremy clarkson many vidoes the other day....i can't remember wat car he was driving but he was saying that u musn't dump the clutch from rest cuz its an AWD

can i ask why? does dumping the clutch (i.e. dragging) mashup the tranny or sumn? i mean i kno it burnin de clutch, but wut does it hav to do with the car being AWD?

yeah, by dumping the clutch you will put too much shock on the tranny, and trasfercase.

you are supposed to 'slip' the clutch.

So what is the process of upgrading the tranny + transfer case (making it stronger) to allow you to do such a thing Question
