i hav an 98 ek3 civic........i want to kno which brand of brake pads is a good brand

i kno some of them has the squeaking sound and i find that really annoying

can anyone shead some light on the brands and prices?

ooo1 check the hawk brand of brakepads ..Its a bit expensive but they work and last... Very Happy

i use OEM .. but for de same price and performance.. hawk or ebc ... check yancy for hawk.. online for ebc.

OEM is very very good eh

hawk can run u 4-600

mintex works good imo.....200-250 @ barataria brake an clutch

then again its wat ur using ur setup for....

Use Oem (nissin) or hawk. Ferodo has some great oe replacement pads as well. Their street/strip pads are kinda pricey though

Whatever you do don't go cheap and buy Daishin brake pads.

i jus wanna kno what u tuners use and how much it costing........someone told me the Oem is $600

i jus dont wanna hear any squeaky noises and it will hold when i driving with some speed

....jus make sure an grease up ya parts with syn. brake grease...caliper pins/rubba...use some break fluid on piston seal when u push back the piston..will always get a slight noise b4 pads r broken een

i had excellent results with the wagner thermoquiet on my vic.

a number of AGRESSIVE stops coupled with very spirited driving.

i have ohk at the rear no complaints, and they are there over a year now, and the hold relly good, both wheels lock up wit hand brakes perfectly
