I need to know the problems (if any) that are associated in high occurance with the MMATS D3500.1 amplifiers. I am thinking about buying one brand new.

Also I wud like a recommendation of any class D amp that will do over 2000Wrms DAILY at 1-ohm. Had d atomic in mind also.

no problems really to talk bout.only ting amp shuts off under 11.5v

tripple R is $5200 cuz price dropped.

southside connections, the shut off I know about but I know of an issue where ONE amp kept going into protect at 12.78V randomly.... wanted to know if this was a inherent problem with that model (although I doubt)

Chiney, you know somewhere that has it cheaper WITH warranty? Last I hear sound effects was also 5200 Question

theblitz i have a padna who uses a pair of dese D3500.1 & he never had any problems except for the shutting down @ 11.5v which iz part of the protect mode. But other dan that its a perfect amp especially if u want something that packs the punch & iz very small in size not to mention the easy removal faceplate for customizing Very Happy

the Atomic 3000 is around $5500 in Steves Electronics...

well besides d protect mode dat keep comin on at low voltages etc dere are some other weird problems takin place with most of dese mmats amps most of give problems in d circuits (but ah cyah explain it cause ya'll go be lost in wat ah go say) and solving dese problems sometimes make you lose a lil power....but I personally would recommend a brutus bxi2608D (dats ultra D) 2600w amp. dat amp would be perfect for your bass craving Very Happy

when spending more than $5k for a bass amp....personally...i wouldn't mind if the thing long and heavy nah boy.....i will just feel as though i getting more for my money's worth.... Mr. Green

something about that 3500.1 i never catch....why is the board so empty for an amp that claims to do so much????....because its digital????.. Neutral

also...i've seen pics of the ltd edition *special order* mmats 4000rms mono's internals and they look identical to that of their 2700rms amplifier....

that mmats amp also has a very small fuse rating....JUST like how the atomic 2200.1 has a ridiculous 80 amp fusing

i'd prefer to buy the atomic 3000.....its a more solid bass amp to own in my opinion....too much questioning before the purchase of those mmats amps.....if u in doubt of the amp that u say u like soooo much...then i dont think its the right amp for you

i've seen alot of people in here question that same mmats amp performance because their in doubt Neutral

buy something that u know you'll feel more secure about.....thats the best advice i can give you.....also....consider the orion 2500d amp or the powerbass 3000d.....i have 2 partners with those 2 amps and both are at the top of their category.... Wink
