WTB FRAM oil filter

I am looking for somewhere that sells FRAM oil filters, in the east. The one is need is PH2951. I only came across one place that has them but he wants 75$ when i have been told down south the same filter is 33$.
Anyone know anywhere i could check ???

Hey yea, i know thats the equivalent, but its a tad longer so thats why i am leaning to the fram, it shorter.
