*edit* - both pieces are 4 gauge and put down for 1 year without use in the same place

hey..thats real good..seems the 4awg for EFX has been the same for some---time then..

Chiney, what the hell you complaining about you get it when it was cheaper, priced to kill now, and you see unlike the other one, no sign of oxidation.

another thing, thats silver strands versus copper or something else?

cause with silver you will get better current transfer right?

^^how much 0ga cost u now? I found out but forgot..... paid $50/yard for 2ga Xscorpion last weekend in trippleR. Blue cable, very workable. No pics now cuz it done tucked away in its neat hiding spots lol

well the hifonics needs 2ga..so i`m gonna be using this 0ga as the main wire...and then use 0ga again from the block...

but the 0ga efx i got on a special price..cuz i always buy from them nah Wink

yes..the hifonics requires 0ga..not 2ga... ( srry there)

so with that..i`m gonna use 0ga to the dist. box..and then another 0ga to it..and 4ga to the mids amp...

Thought I would post this link - it is written by the former Director of Acoustic Research at McIntosh (USA) bought out by Clarion in the early 90's

He now designs home speakers sytems which sell for around (get this) US$19000

from left- diesel audio,GSI,stinger
all are "4awg"






diesel next to stinger.

the stinger was almost twice as thick as the diesel, the 4 awg diesel was more like 8 awg.
an well the 8 awg was like 12awg.

sorry for the bad pics.
and i cudnt cut the insulation.

an yes chiney audiopipe for ground, i had it so i wasnt gonna throw it away
