I haven't received a new bill yet but I'm concerned about the fuel charge and exchange rate adjustment for residential customers. Wasn't this supposed to be eliminated?...

| i noticed $86 arrears on my latest bill & i always paid it in full ever since. My neighbor have arrears of $158 & he duz pay his bill in full also.....wtf going on? who thiefing we money? |
