for who cant see it clear, its one of these:

decks is one of them pioneer double din decks.
 | | Click for full-size. |
subs, 2 soundstream 12" flat subs in sealed enclosure.
half a minute playback & subs coils hot enough for you to feel it through the front of the cones.
deck volume maxes out below 20.
install was done by a well known installer that deals with "cooling purposes" & DD's.
now I am not saying that this insatll means he cant do sh!t but he might want to pay attention to the fact that whomever is doing these installs represents him & he might want to straighten out this kind of crap before he gets bad name.
mids amp looks like it has some screwed up settings as well. |

what is a possibility is sometimes even though ppl have their sets tuned they dont like how it sounds & "retune it" to suit their taste
some ppl find its too much trouble or lazy to run up d vol level on their deck so they set it & gain "at preferred level" ..... |

| There is no point. That's what makes it a "slacker_jack thread". |

leme help you:
gains turned right up
lpf 40hz
ss filter 15hz
bass boost turned up bit, bass boost frequency 90hz
phase, well the knob is turned close to 3/4 way around.
subs, jamming behind seat when is it folded up.
imagine not even close to 30 seconds of audio playback & the sub coils so hot you can feel them through the front of the cone. that will also say something about the signal that is being sent ot the amp as well as what is being fed to the subs. I have used subs & put close to twice the power handeling capacity on them for daily use & till this day none has failed & the coils do not get so hot as to be able to feel it through the cones after 30 seconds of play back....as a matter of fact they do not get so hot at all. |

(...Rovin...), suspex crew didnt show up (well most of them).
the other van like his (spoil chile) came. they were parked in the row in front us. spolie chile is the same van with the acrilic work that I have the scrap acrilic from posted in the classifides. I think spoil chile came with quality car care.
I dont want if I interfere with anything & system burn down then them "cool fellaz" from by the traffic light want to say they didnt do that & that its my fault.
I can, with his permission, try to tune it for him & try & save him from burning down those subs. but then again, as he said "leh it bun dong nah, ah go jus buy 2 more" |

Next time take the pic w/o flash or move so the flash reflection isn't in the pic. And again, from the pic you can't necessarily say that the gain is right up etc since the way the pots are it cud be the opposite side indicating the position (like gain being less than half way mark).
Anyway, help out the man nah. If you say the input sensitivity too high do him a favor and fix it. I just hope it wasn't he who went digging.... I tell my padnas what they cud interfere with and wat not to touch when I install anything for them. |
