nothing is illegal about "chipping" your vcr.

tuners, should stop implying that a descrambler box and "chipped" vcr's are illegal. they are not.

otherwise customs would sieze all of them.

it is illegal, same as building your own well for water, installin solar panels on yur house for power, putting darker tint on yur car to block out the ever so hotter sun, everything the middle class do is illegal.

however if your a multi millionaire and do these same things....hell its all good, u can get a police exemption.

Nothing is illegal about chipping a vcr or purchasing a descrambler box.

The signal is there...all is being done is that instead of purchasing a box from FLOW u purchase ur own box that does the same.

Just like those persons who purchase there own DVR devices.

IT IS NOT ILLEGAL

What FLOW should do is when they disconnect customers, remove the physical cable lines that remain.

But they dont because they rather the infrastructure remain for ease of reconnection.

So who is the blame when persons exploit them due to laziness.

i grew up on well and rain water......wasa never did us nothing

that solar power thing is just a rumor....you can set it up but cant feed back into the power grid like in the states

and DVR boxes a completely legal when u buy them locked until you hack them to catch pay to view Dish TV. Thats why nobody offers the hacking service but shows you how to do it yourself

Now your customers cant be easily tracked but since you posted it big an bold here on tuner. You will never know when a flow rep. will come knocking on your door pretending to be a customer asking to buy a chip and record you selling it or installing it for them with a hidden cam.

Good Luck

LOL u sure are a funny guy....i worked FLOW for a couple years. They cant track a modified vcr or any equipment that was not entered into their backend.

Secondly, what's gonna be the charge to the seller or buyer?
What illegal activities are they engaging in?
Are they going to charge the seller for selling modified VCRs? Come on man !!!

Let me tell u whats illegal. Modem Uncapping. Yes people do that here and if you dont know what that is let me google it for you:
