Just wanted to post this taken of from the IASCA website incase you guys read this and have seen the latest 2009 rankings.
In South Africa we don't have Panda cars , i havent even seen this type of vehicle or whateva it is before. There is only a few mini's and mini panel vans.
regarding the updated scores , to me it is still not updated , i suppose to be 2nd in stock3 but my name is not there.

In July we having one of our biggest IASCA shows known as the Gunston on the east coast of South Africa in Durban.
I will be driving 600km along with the Johannesburg contingent to attend this show , also compete , and will also take lots of pictures and post it up on the site.
A few years back there was talk of getting the guiness book of world record guys to come out and verify the most number of cars at one sound off competition.

i just read that same post! i don't think he has a valid point, small vehicles are available in most countries, and it will be unfair or bias towards many competitors who own such vehicles..

he probably thinks SA as a 3rd country so how cud they beat the mighty usa in spl comps

thats small minded thinking ...there r ppl all over the world heavily into spl & actually own their own meters & work hard at it ....look at our little country of T&T which u almost cannot spot on a world map yet we are showing what we can do .... Wink

And the great thing is that all IASCA affiliate countries are basically using the same meter..

BTW , i only heard of Trinidad and Tobago when i use to watch the Miss World and than with Brian Lara and the cricket. He is from T&T isnt it?oh and dont let me forget bout Dwight York and Ato Boldon. Very Happy

But the sound guys in SA know that T&T are one of the top countries in the world when it comes to SPL competitors...
you know the saying "dynamite( not dynamat Laughing ) comes in small packages"
