Post subject: Unlocking Sim Locked Modem Help Needed |

Hey, we brought down an external modem for the data sim but its locked to AT&T sim cards. Been checking around that they unlock it if you using it out of a country for another network once you paid full for it and we did.
Is anyone down here able to unlock it? Its just like a phone, IMEI number, Sim card slot. When u plug it in the USB, everything installs but when time to connect, it says Locked. |

well if you paid for it, have you called AT&T customer service and asked for it to be unlocked to be used outside the USA??
AT&T user forums would be a good place to look also |

| was checking that, they say call up customer service, and give IMEI number adn tehy will unlock it |
