I am so friggin vex right now. My mom was using van and went to JTA Cross Crossing.
Someone hit my van from back door to bumper abt 12" and grazed off paint in a line.
She said they announced in grocery tht vehicle alarm had gone off and she went outside and didn't notice scratch until she came home. |

Ok tht was my rant!!!
Yes am continuing to use premium. But $110 is not bad at all.
Yes the appointments for service books up fast and especially if you want a Saturday.
Be prepared to wait for a couple hrs if you waiting.
I try going early but there are still some people who wud reach after me and rush to get a number so they get served before me when their number gets called. |

Well I work in POS, but live in south, when I tried to get an appt in POS, the CSR told me you need to book 6mths in advanced, so I just dont bother.
Since then I service the car in south, I know how long it takes me to do the 5000km, so I always book the next service while I am doing the current one, no problems there. |

OMG 6mths!!!
And here I was thinking 2wks is long.
The last time I decided to wait on my vehicle since I was 2nd person there. Well it was amusing to see and hear some of the old men waiting on their vehicle. They sat and was having their coffee and reading papers and having conversations with other men. one man had his vehicle done and he decided to stay liming with his friend because he said he didn't have anything else to do. |

You wait, gosh, I dont have patience for that.
I drop it and come back about 1 hour from whenever the service dept closes for the day..and even then I still have to wait..for road test, wash... |

Yes I waited. didn't have anything to do and also didn't have anyone to pick me up tht day. And by time I reach home if I was travelling wud have had to travel back to get vehicle.
BUT I hate travelling tht much so I wud rather sit down and try my patience than travel. |

I reach there by 7am and already you would find people waiting.
I find although they tell you a time, which in my case is 730am they go on a first come first serve basis, or really on who get wht #. Becos I have reached before some people and they rush to get a # as soon as the door to Service dept is open.
Maybe they tell everyone 730am becos thts wht time they open?
BTW, Did you get bigger mats for back yet? |

Didn't I tell you your headache now start? I did warn you if you had stress to get it, far less the stress to service it.
At Lifestyle, we get the svc appointment without any hassle. I told you to buy a SGV.
N&M continues to add more brands making it difficult to master the support for any. This 'waiting' for an app. is 80s behaviour.
As, for mats, where allyuh looking? There are plenty options - East - Auto Image, West - Car Boutique, North - Steve's Auto, South - M. Rampersad, Central - V&S, just to name a few.
If you're looking for the one piece mat for the back, that's very hard to find, you only get the two pc mats for the rear, but you can get the larger 2pc ones of you check as listed above.
I got mine from Steve's Auto, and the rear mats are huge. Nice thick rubber ones that protect the Suzuki branded carpet mats. |
