Good info there SS.
What's difference with 2 and 4 sensor?
Gooding Village is by Jennys?

The tail light package from firm is $1200 plus VAT. Tht includes the reverse sensor.

What's price of the chrome side mirrors?

Sensor: the shop's name is "The Automobile & Tech shop" it is just before the gas stations that are being rebuilt; going up the hill from from the interchange. Their number is 653-7113. A far as I know it is only the number of sensor required required to give the back of the vehicle coverage. Some vehicles require more than others.

The tail light package from the firm does not include reverse sensors.......

Oh. I get wrong info then.I thought salesman told me tht.

I think for some of my accessories I'll go with the firm because it wud be less hassle for me to get it installed and get it over with although I may be spending more.

Thanks again SS

What comes with the 2 sensor package in terms of display (if any) ?

Does this one just "beep" or you see some kind of display in the car ?
Did you see them install it in the bumper..they know that they are doing ?

I got correct figures for accessories so would post it up when I get more time.

Also SS is correct abt reverse sensor not included in tail lights package. Its separate at $1200+ VAT.

The alarm they told me is Prestige.

Also they reach 7100+ in registration #.

The side steps..are those the pipes or the running board type ?

No scene man, but 3500 + VAT for that...thats high.

Ok..the thing that have "TUCSON" on it (front/back) is the nudge bar..similar to the one for the Sorento, Prado etc

The bush bar is all metal, sometimes chrome plated.

Ok I learn something new Smile Thanks.

SS was saying at Elvins have the side steps for $2000 but a universal brand. I think tht so much more reasonable than the $3500+VAT.

True..but remember "Good thing no cheap..and cheap thing no cheap" .

Check the quality of the item before you spend your cash, it might not line up with the mounting holes already on the van etc..

Yeah, as far as I know N&M south still gets those items from AutoAir on Cipero Street so you would be good to go from there. You could always confirm the price with AutoAir in case the firm is charging some "markup" to do have the items installed.

It's called a rice-delier.

It's your vehicle and your money to spend, but as a fellow Hyundai owner take my advice please...leave that kind of thing for those Honda people.

AutoAir supplies and installs the nudge bars for N&M.
I checked them out, you won't save anything by going directly to them.
On the AutoPage reverse sensor.... I was right next to the vehicle when the guy installed it. He did a very good job. I am a bit picky and like every screw, washer and clip to go back the way it was....... of course I told him this.
The sensor works great, it was money well spent especially when the wife has to drive. There is an led display mounted by the rear-view mirror and the beeping get quicker until it becomes continious as you reverse closer to an object.

I don't like the nudge bars......... where can I get bush bars ?????

Ok great, thanks for the heads up..I want to get a reverse warning system, have not decided on if to get the sensor or the camera one as yet.

Last year when I was at AutoAir, they had the "A" bar for the Tucson, not sure about now though. I was always weary about the bush bars since I read that some bars affect the timing and deployment of the air-bags. Sad
