TTRC will be having an AGM meeting on 18th July 2008 at the Ato Boldon Stadium
at time 9 pm. All memebers are invited to attend
The breifing for the stages event will be held just before at 7pm to 8 pm

7:00 pm to 8:00 pm - Registration for July 20th high speed stages rally
8:00 pm to 9:00 pm - Brieifing for July 20th high speed stages rally
9:00 pm to 10:30 pm - 2nd 1/4ly GM |

lemme ask something though...
how long does it really take to register less than 20 cars? do we need an hour?
why not have registration up till 7:30PM, then start the briefing, and send home everyone 30 minutes earlier?
or... send out the forms electronically.... have the competitors complete and sign them and then the collection of money can be done in 10 minutes (man allyuh could even have the receipts prepared before hand... you guys already know who the competitors are) |
