I have a trouble pocket, directly under the stereo head unit. I have an EK4.
The locking mechanism is giving me problems. The pocket is spring loaded. When you push the pocket in, it does not click back into place and stay. It just bounces back out.
Any advice on how to solve this problem.
One person said I have to remove the entire dash board.
Any possibility of a slight modification, by adding a small nice looking swivelling latch or knob, that can keep the spring loaded pocket in place?
Picture of the problem pocket: http://i493.photobucket.com/albums/rr293/mmhce/Foto-0001.jpg
You can see, I've wedged it with a piece of paper.
Thanks for any help. |
