| look at the certified copy and make sure the colour, engineno. and chassis number is the same before you go else you will have to apply for a change of engine or change of colour and it takes more time . make sure you take along the certified copy. |

What hassle?As e2r said get there early,have your documents in order(cert copy,sale agreement,insurance). Ensure cert. copy matches vehicle.Determine age of vehicle so yowalk with the correct transfer fee and you're done! |

suppose u buy a r34 shell? whats the procedure if it cant drive has no engine etc?
tow it? or u could do the paperwork separate? |

booge, do just as Greypatch, said and you'll be good to go
however be wary if the previous owner suggested this never know if all the paper work checkes out right
its a common trap esp with those ppl who buy and sell vehicles (not saying all btw) where the transfer is entirely done by the counter or sometimes just by signing the forms... next thing you know you sell the car and when time for transfer... problems
seen it happen a few times b4
