Toyota Century, first generation
the year would be hard since this car came out in 1967 and remained the same till 1997 when the second generation was made, it's the first and possibly the only V12 F-R powered sedan in Japan( second gen)

It's the official vehicle of the Japanese Royal Family, I know of 3 in Trinidad

ae86 and from the looks of it, it has a TRD Formula Atlantic Small port 4age in it.

The turbo system features twin HKS GT2835 ball-bearing turbos, an HKS Racing blow-off valve and a GReddy front-mounted air-to-air intercooler. Boost is regulated to 29.4 psi by a HKS EVC Pro controller and contained by an HKS metal head gasket. An HKS Vein Pressure Converter has been employed to replace the restrictive factory mass air setup. A pair of HKS 264 cams were employed to free the flow through the head while a custom downpipe and trick HKS titanium exhaust system keep the hot gases moving, once they have boosted the turbine wheel.
