Was doing some research,those japs have a Diesel engine(for ships)-
25480Liters
Maximum power: 108,920 hp at 102 rpm
Maximum torque: 5,608,312 lb/ft at 102rpm
Even at its most efficient power setting, it consumes 1,660 gallons of heavy fuel oil per hour.

This 1 is the best?? ,doh know,but Honda is doing some work in the diesel section(65mpg car/turbo diesel accord etc),just stumbled on the info,most people might have thought that the US/Europe would have put out this mind boggling beast |
