....aye freak....we kinda sort out the problem. the box is good but we believe the relay to the glow plugs is bad.

....the box is sending the signal, but the plugs aren't receive it as they should causing the box to keep sending it, hence the clicking for 30secs.

the relay will change and all the glow plugs may change just incase any burnt out. as well as i never changed them and seems like a good time. may also do a oil change now as it about due....pushing close to 8,000km on it.....

Hear this one... I went to fill up the Hilux this morning, so I pull into the gas station and i put the pump handle in the tank... pull the handle and the diesel start to flow. When it clicked off i took hold of the pump handle and it was more than warm. Anyone ever experience something like that before?

Good to hear it. But you know how we say it: "If it ain't broke...". Cause you KNOW you ain't gonna get anything as good as the original.

BTW, I paid $75 for one a while back. Some places sell them for $90...

Exam stress getting to some I see... Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

BTW... 100% average Question

Anyways...

So I jam the ole gurl coming from South tonight - like 150 - 160 from Sando to Chase Village. Noticed the temperature guage climbing. It is usually just about 1/3 but it went up to 2/3 mark and I backed it off. Dropped off to half, and then back down to 1/3...
BTW, I have no thermostat in the truck, as allyuh may know.
Water in radiator tank was full, reservior was also full, so now I lil worried.

What you guys think Question Radiator core needs to clean out?

Freak...give the Radiator a clean out and see if you can get a replacement thermostat. I don't believe in removing the thermostat esp in an engine with sensors and a turbo.
