RWD lancer meet, 20th July

I think to save costs, and also to get more of the fliers out, we should stick to black and white for now. If we print in colour there would have to be less fliers.

Also, it's really only a few of us planning this first event. To absorb that cost may be sort of hard on the few of us.

some could be colour as posters and the mojority in b&w as flyers....

For the first meet a simple lime is easier to handle we figured. If on the day we get enough cars then by all means we could have a little convoy if we we want. We can discuss where we going on the day itself.
Future meets will be full blown convoys most likely.
