Ok guys, we have the date set at the 20th of July as befor. We will have a Box lancer meet. There will be no cruise initially, unless we decide to drive somewhere once everyone is gathered.

Date: 20th July
Time: 10am
Venue: Chagaramus Kayak club car park

Bring your B-B-Que pits, food, drinks etc.
We looking for a good, safe time. No alcohol will be allowed at the lime. Also, no excessive wild behavior in the form of dangerous driving, violence etc.

Trying to keep the majority of the gathering RWD lancers. If you come with something else other than a RWD lancer that is fine, you may just have to park separately from the RWDs.

That's the plan for now. Stay tuned to this thread for updates.

If someone could sticky this thread, that would be appreciated.

I have a flyer here:
I'm not sure of printing costs, I have to call a printer in the morning.
These are in Black and white. I'm thinking that we could photocopy some and use them.
