well youre sure right it has a very operating temp. but i repair amps and this amp is not overrated actually its highly underrated. its 250*4 and the output is huge so that means alot more current is being sent to the amp but ill say the 1600 gothic is prob around the same thing

right now i have the older model 220.4 and it is a very good amp

i have no complaints at all

Q220.4 and Q1100.1 are probably the best 2 quantum audio amps ever manufactured..

also redaltezza, quantum is a much higher grade than Boss, for the price i don't think there's anything better out there.

Trust me...i have used both of them
