| Got it. There were a lot of big files to download but finally found the e-throttle on the QG-18 DE stuff. The file is "2005_Sentra.rar" on phatg20.com. The PDF name is EC.pdf, page 397. Whole diagnostic procedure there. About a hundred pages, so will be reading for a while. |

is 48.2 megs. You have to agree to the site policy checkbox before it lets you download. From the diagrams I seeing the intake flex definitely put on bent on ur car. See for yourself. |

Nuh uh. QG series engines have the intake w/flex mounted the same way.
| Quote: | It have TPS to adjust on the E-throttle qg's?

Did an OBD log on mine. Was unable to pull a TPS reading. Cacasplat can confirm. |

| ^^^^From the manual, it have NO feedback, so if you can tap that voltage OUTPUT FROM THE 3 and 6 terminal and log it on a graph next to the readout, you in business. It should be proportional once the motor working. What scantool did you use for that? |

Three.
I used the GReddy Informeter, and I used my Tactrix OBD2 cable from my WRX. It worked well with some generic (non Subaru) software......
Also used some "auto diagnostic" OBD2 reader that my mech has. Same thing. |

Page EC-414, 115, 116, 117 has the diagrams showing the flex mounting.
Does the crankcase vent fit on the flex at that ange?
It have nothing to adjust in the positioner as far as the manual concerned, just diagnostics for the motor/positioner bad. I aint see anything so far to tell me whether you can manually move the butterfly or not. Don't they expect that we might want to clean it? Anyway, most of the diagnosis is with the scantool and a multimeter, no physical inspection of inside the actuator. |

you not supposed to force open the butterfly on the E-Trottle set up.
the cable setup is no problem to clean and "force open".
what you can do next time is have some one start the car and you spray the trottle while they revs the engine.
but this will be kinda tricky cause air will have to pass through the air flow sensor
to allow the car to rev off.

| If yuh just remove the whole TB, remove the actuator, clean the butterfly how much you want, then re-assemble? Don't have to interfere with the actuator at all. |
