Killzone 2's Steal & Titanium Pack Priced

Sony has delivered pricing details on Killzone 2's first downloadable map pack, Steel & Titanium, along with a trailer featuring the two new maps in varying degrees of motion.

While we knew it was coming out on April 30th, up until now we had no price tag for the two maps included in the first round of Killzone 2 downloadable content. Now Sony affixes a $5.99 price tag to Wasteland Bullet and Vekta Cruiser, so we're basically paying $3.00 or so per map. Is it worth the price? Check out the trailer below to see if that sort of action is worth $6 to you.

Is Capcom Counting Down To Marvel vs Capcom 2?

Rumor has it that Capcom is preparing to re-release Marvel vs Capcom 2 for download on PSN and Live in a few days, for those fans of the 2D fighting genre and looking for another reason to keep their HRAP joysticks...this might be it.

The official U.S. PlayStation web site is teasing "an electrifying announcement" will hit next week, one that's related to both inFamous and Uncharted 2: Among Thieves for the PlayStation 3.

While we're privy to details on new developments related to Uncharted 2—which we'll discuss further on Monday—we did not attend this week's hands-on opportunity with inFamous in Seattle. We do know that Sony was showcasing "new levels, missions, and content reveals" for the Sucker Punch-developed PS3 game, but the parties involved may have something else up their sleeves.

The "electrifying" announcement(s) may simply be related to the embargoes on both titles breaking, revealing new aspects of each PlayStation 3 game. But as Sony Computer Entertainment is pairing the two games together so prominently on the company's home page, one might think the two have a shared announcement to make.

That has lead to speculation that a demo for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves will be included with inFamous—which is due to ship on May 26th—something that could definitely fall under "electrifying" and help move a few more copies of the open world super-powered game.

But could Sony have something even more electrifying planned than a demo announcement? We'll know on April 27th.
