Ok recently got this code on a VW beetle

Problem,
Car would start and idle, run up to 5000rpm on light throttle then cut.
Run up to 3000 on heavy throttle then cut

Cause:
Battery went under 7 volts and send alignment off.

Remedy:
I read online that you can go thru a throttle adaption process. Trust me that does not work.

You can go to the VW dealership and they can clear it, or

I bought the cable and software from Ross Tech and did it myself.

Remarks
The Ross Tech option works, going to the dealership was not a viable option to me as this could have reoccured.
