set of 4 in great condition,minor scratches.can be used as is or for the most just needs a $20 can of bomb spray and they would be like brand new.no cracks or broken clips @ the back,fits perfectly on 13'' steelies !
had these put down for awhile in the garage just collecting dust,would like to have them gone as i'm in the process of cleaning up !pls feel free to call for any futher info etc. thanks,deon.
