There is word going around that both the "Snake Run" & the "Jack & Jill" stages are now lost.

I have not spoken to anyone on authority yet, but it seems that the Gov't has taken back the land for "development".

With this TTRC is only left with the Roller Coaster stage to run.

This latest news put TTRC and the sport of High Speed Rally to a possible extinction.

Myself and a few other rallist are heading to diffrent parts of Trinidad to locate new terrain.

I would like to pose a question to the spectators who read this post.

Would you drive to Sande Grande, Tabaquite, Morouga and Labrea to look at High Speed Rallying.

The feed back from spectators is very important as we have a few locations with some nice stages, but they are much father away than the pervious used areas.

Maybe because of the way the poll choices were lumped perhaps...

maybe you should try lumping the poll by regions, i.e. centrally located choices, south-east, south west, north-east, north-west.

The Tabaquite one sounds interesting.

BTW, i noticed a couple weeks now that the roads in the cane-lands behind the Usine sugar factory have been "paved" with red sand and the grass cut. Not sure if this is part of a similar development as Couva, but it looks interesting from the distance (if anyone with a 4x4 can have a look/someone find out more what is being done). The satellite doesn't show the roads clearly as they have now been re-cut/"paved". I'm referring to the gravel road that goes east on the opposite side of the main road, from the pond at lower left, to between the clearly defined cedarhill stage to the middle of the mapview
