i bought a older model re xxx 12" but im searching the web for the past few days looking for info and reviews for it, without luck. does ne 1 have ne info on these subs??? if so please share!!!! thanks in advance

He has the newer model

I used to have one of the older ones, its an amazing Sql driver. From memory its rated @ 1600 rms with a FS of 27hz. They only came in dual 2ohm.

They will handle a clean 2000rms easily.

its better than what i usin presently and sam and me finaly made d box i was talkin bout 4 a while!!! so i need something that if it breaks i can have it repaired and pluss with wat we doin to it its highly unlikly!! xxx

currently own a xxx 15", have it about 3 yrs and really not sellin.......btw its not really a good CP subwoofer.... tried it in all different boxes and still not playing the loud bass needed.....one thing I can say is one of the best and cleanest lows i ever heard... Wink

well i got my sub back yesterday.......
d repair man told me pretty much d same thing u guys r saying that i would b wasting my time effort and a bess sub for cp, also he said it dosent make sense to put a bigger coil in (sumtin abt d magnet lineup i didnt quite get what he was sayin). so i just had him replace d kit. lastnite i played around with it and WOW!! this thing delivers some devious lows!! i can only imagine when its broken in! but its not giving wat i expected interms of 40hz-60hz range. i have it in a 2cf box tuned to 38hz, and d bottom line folks im gona use it for daily play in another car of mine and get prob a RE MT or sumtin like dat fo cp. thanks for all your advice.

the sub made for lows jed its gonna excell in freq from as low as even 22hz if a proper box is built (maybe lower) to around 34hz average.for daily play its a bess sub i myself love low bass for daily
