Ah find it strange that Link willingly put up all the sponsors of the other items, re: fastest this and fastest that, but he didn't put up who was the generous sponsor for the 5000.00 purses. Now we seeing ah revised post by TTASA themselves.
Ah wonder if someone was jumping the gun as usual? |

last nite in the meeting a guy was talkin he faster than subaru's & evo's (y they getting award) and Nissan /AWD not gettin,..
I think TTASA should come up with a Prize for those guys.. (they spent money aswell) or do something to make the guys feel appricated.. |

^sponsors needed for the prizes.
Impreza imports focus alot on Subaru so it is natural that they would sponsor a prize for the scoobies.
Hi-Rpm owner has an Evo X so I guess he kinda biased towards a prize for the fastest evo. |

^^ I understand that./ But it's not like I want 1K for those guys.. (I Have a Mitsu)
But if they cannot get a sponsor.. atleast help them comming up with 50% of entry fees for next meet or sum.. ( a lil encouragment) Not for all NISSAN or AWD men.. But the Fastest..
Not saying they have to.. . |

there is no 5000 to get anymore.
Jameer,
It would be nice if TTASA could at least give back to the winners of each bracket a little more than there entrance fee. say 350 to 500. You feel appreciated for all the hard work that goes into prepping your car. |

How will you all attract the 10sec and faster cars to race? I see you all have prizes for subarus & evos but what about the real drag cars? Are there prizes for the V8s ? |

| soon these people will realise that there is a growing mass of people that want to see cars faster than 10 secs and that they will be unwilling to pay 50+ dollars to see street cars do there thing..aparently there is nothing done to attract the 10sec and faster greenday.. these racers have been calling/crying out for stickyfying the track and test days etc to no avail...so this is a call for the promoters to do what would be fitting to satisfy patrons and racers alike |

so drags clash with karting........
sponsors pull out......or never was in to start with.......
entrance fee gone up..........looks like the cost to full a pocket just went up......
gary hunt say ttasa in shambles......and he used to race under them.......

1 price for both days. $250.00 + 20.00 at the gate on Saturday.
I believe its 50.00 spectator entrance fee for sunday. |
