Post subject: NEED to KNOW ASAP(B16a Gear Box) |

I have no time for using the search.
I need to know what is the Gear box code for a B16A Gear box for the EG9 model civic.
Recently I bought a used one & it has a code: S20.......what other Gear box from Honda can be used on my B16A??
I called Garvin's Performance & Garvin himself wants to trade me a Y11 DC2 Gear box with everytng for my S20 w/out clutch,flywheel etc....& he also telling me that the S20 is more for the H22 prelude & accords......So I kinda wondering why he might want to do that?? |

err..dude.. S20 and S40 gearboxes are SOHC
b16a gearboxes are s80 and y..something |

Anyone have PERSONAL knowledge about whether this 'box is hydro or tranny. I checked the net, but I got some conflicting info. |
