I have a DA6 with a b16a that refuses to start, i changed the fuel pump, spark plugs and tuned it up and it still doesn't start. The engine turns over and when it finally starts it runs normal. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Does it shut off any time after starting ?

When last you replaced the distributor coil, rotor, cap, wires, etc ?

It could be down to your Canshaft sensor, Which will start when cold and Hot but when you have run for a short time (3 or 4 minutes)

I'm not quite familiar with your Honda model dude. All I can offer is basic hints for starting probems. You may try checking any loose connections, contact breaker points & condenser, starter motor, battery etc.
