Not necessarily - an unlocked phone doesn't necessarily mean it is also jailbroken or have installer on it |

Before you run installer the iphone has to be online, edge or WIFI does not matter now let installer load an do it thing. When its finished do a search for isim or simport install it an follow directions. |
nah i not seeing installer...it have txt, calendar, photos, camera, youtube, stocks, maps, weather, clock, calculator, notes, settings, itunes
and below have phone, mail, safari, ipod

| k well ah now learning to use iTunes so ah playing some music and ah notice dat one ah meh speakers playing louder than d other.....considerably louder. Is it that my speaker spoil??? Or that is how it comes (which I doubt honestly). It playing soooo soft i not sure if it is the working speaker I hearing wen I cover it. How/where do I fix this??? |

you need to jailbreak your iphone
i know this tutorial is for a ipod touch, but all you need ot do is jailbreak as you are already unlocked
do this tutorial and download the files needed to your computer
