hey ppl i am lookin for a 1.6 vtec engine for my ej8 coupe asap....preferably an engine with warranty...if n e one have links jus post it or pm me a price and a contact plz!! If its the d16y8 i just want a head and block......but if its a b16a i want everything for tha conversion!!!!

i think you would have to visit the bamboo...chances are you will find what you are looking for.

FYI - i had a b16 with 5 fwd box in my EJ8 and it worked sweet. maybe you can find a complete conversion in the bamboo as well.

hmmmm...i went searchin in the bamboo today i got my hands on a d16a....but the only thing its cvt tranny....so the mechanic is gonna check it tomorrow to see if the normal tranny from my d16y8 can work on it!! but besides that engine i am gettin b16a starting from 9k complete!!

yeah it could work cuz i hav ah ej8 and it have i baught it with ah d16a and they used back the same tyranny
