^ Nah, B18C cap is different than B16A and most shops only stock B16A Dizzy caps. Even if yuh desperate, Classic cyah help yuh with that one.
Best bet it to try to get a powerseller to order it for you or order it yourself. |

This carries same cap as B16A, and will not bolt to a B Series VTEC head. |
